Dear guests!
Cornelia works as a freelance journalist for the Bonn General-Anzeiger, among others. Her longing for travel is for places about which there is little or nothing between the covers of the travel guides. She likes to discover places that offer something new and unknown. She found what she was looking for in the Spanish-Catalan region of La Garrotxa, a volcanic landscape between Costa Brava and the Pyrenees. On 10/21/22 she takes us on hikes and city tours to get to know the landscape, the people and, last but not least, the kitchen. Samples of Catalan cuisine will also be served, in fact Patatas d’Olot and Brunyols de llardons (both with meat).
