Kung Fu tea is a kind of tea drinking culture of southern Fujian and Chaozhou and overseas Chaozhou people, often called old people's tea in Taiwan, Kung Fu tea culture is more prevalent in Guangdong, especially in the Chaoshan region (Chaozhou, Shantou, Jieyang) in eastern Guangdong now.

Kung Fu tea has been prevalent for more than 1000 years, and is a tea culture that was preserved after the southern crossing of the Jin and Tang dynasties, which is still preserved in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
