Language Café Yan stellt eine Online-Sprachlernplattform bereit, die unabhängige Lehrkräfte und Teilnehmer verbindet. Language Café Yan est une plateforme d’apprentissage des langues en ligne reliant enseignants indépendants et étudiants. Language Café Yan 为在线语言学习平台，连接独立教师与学生。 --- ## 1. Booking and Payment Booking becomes binding upon payment. Buchung wird mit Zahlung verbindlich. La réservation devient ferme après paiement. 付款后预订生效。 --- ## 2. Lesson Format Lessons are conducted online via the Platform booking system. Unterricht erfolgt online über das Buchungssystem der Plattform. Les cours se déroulent en ligne via le système de réservation. 课程通过平台预约系统在线进行。 --- ## 3. Teacher Independence Teachers act independently and are not employees of the Platform. Lehrkräfte handeln unabhängig und sind keine Mitarbeiter der Plattform. Les enseignants agissent de manière indépendante et ne sont pas employés de la plateforme. 教师为独立授课者，并非平台雇员。 The Platform is not liable for teaching content or teacher conduct. Die Plattform haftet nicht für Unterrichtsinhalte oder Verhalten der Lehrkräfte. La plateforme n’est pas responsable du contenu pédagogique ou du comportement des enseignants. 平台不对教师教学内容或行为承担责任。 --- ## 4. Cancellation Policy Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the lesson. Stornierung bis 24 Stunden vor Unterricht möglich. Annulation possible jusqu’à 24 heures avant le cours. 课程开始前24小时可取消。 Later cancellation or absence results in loss of the lesson. Spätere Absage oder Nichterscheinen führt zum Verfall der Stunde. Annulation tardive ou absence entraîne la perte du cours. 逾期取消或缺席课时作废。 --- ## 5. Lateness Lesson time continues in case of student lateness. Bei Verspätung läuft die Unterrichtszeit weiter. En cas de retard, le temps de cours continue. 迟到不延长课程时间。 --- ## 6. No Direct Contact or Private Lessons Students shall not contact teachers privately or arrange lessons outside the Platform. Teilnehmer dürfen Lehrkräfte nicht privat kontaktieren oder Unterricht außerhalb der Plattform vereinbaren.
